A dilapidated bungalow in Devon is being refurbished into a vibrant family home following funding from GB Bank.

Based in the North East, one of the UK’s newest banks provided a residential bridging solution to experienced developers, Bobbins & Flo Developments.

The developers needed the deal completing as quickly and efficiently as possible so turned to GB Bank who have produced impressive turnaround times all year.

Through GB Bank’s proactive approach, it only took two weeks from solicitor instruction to full completion, which met the required timescales for the customer.
